What we collect: details you send us through email or booking (name, business, email, phone, message), billing data for clients, and basic technical data needed to run this site. This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies.
Why: to answer your enquiry, provide and bill our services, meet legal obligations and keep our services secure. Marketing only with your consent.
Sharing: only with service providers who help us operate (for example hosting, email, payments, e-signature, AI providers), under contract. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
UK rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent; you may complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
US rights (e.g. California and other states): to know, access, correct and delete your information and to opt out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. Requests: privacy@vantorrastudio.com.
Retention: enquiries for up to 2 years; financial records as long as tax law requires. Our services are not directed at children under 16.

All content, design and code on this site belong to Vantorra Studio. Do not copy them without written permission.
The site is provided “as is”. We are not liable for interruptions or for third-party sites linked from here.
Disputes are governed by the law stated in our Master Services Agreement.
Refunds & Chargebacks
Set-up deposits are non-refundable once work has started. If we fail to deliver the agreed scope, unearned fees are refunded.
Monthly fees are billed in advance and are not refunded for part-months; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Bundles have a 12-month minimum term.
Refund requests must be made in writing to billing@vantorrastudio.com within 14 business days of the charge.
Please contact us before contacting your bank. Clients agree to allow 14 business days for us to resolve any billing issue before filing a dispute. Signed agreements, approvals and delivery records may be provided to card issuers as evidence.
AI Disclosure
Vantorra builds AI assistants. Every chat and phone assistant we deploy tells people it is an AI, and a human can take over on request.
AI can make mistakes. Our assistants are not used for medical, legal, financial or other high-risk decisions.
All characters, faces and voices shown on this site are AI-generated. AI-generated images and videos we publish are labelled as such.
We never create fake reviews or testimonials.
Acceptable Use
Our services may not be used for spam, unlawful robocalls or texts, fraud, harassment, illegal content, impersonation, or to make an AI pretend to be human.
No fake, purchased or AI-written reviews and no review gating.
Messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger) are used only through their official APIs and rules.
We may suspend services immediately for breach.
Calls, SMS & Email Consent
We only send automated calls or texts to people who have given prior express (written, where required) consent. Consent is never a condition of purchase.
Text STOP to opt out of messages at any time, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
Marketing emails always include our identity, postal address and a working unsubscribe link, honoured promptly.
In the UK we follow PECR and screen against the TPS/CTPS; in the US we follow the TCPA, the National Do Not Call Registry and CAN-SPAM. Our AI receptionist answers inbound calls and does not cold-call.
